  • Generate comprehensive financial reports for both internal stakeholders and external parties.

  • Execute fundamental accounting tasks including ledger upkeep, reconciliation, and financial report generation.
  • Document, assess, and communicate accounting transactions with precision and honesty.
  • Deliver financial insights through forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Compile statutory accounts, financial statements, and analytical reports.
  • Investigate accounting standards and regulations; provide recommendations on organizational policies.
  • May oversee or guide the work of others; mentor team members as necessary.
  • Conduct and document accounting initiatives; manage special projects as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Additional Responsibilities (if required):

  • Oversee areas such as PIP administration, leases, fixed assets, cash management, rebate accounting, and general ledger oversight.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is preferred.
  • A minimum of four years' experience in accounting or a related field is required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Lawson or GL accounting software is advantageous.
  • Understanding of GAAP, ERISA, and tax regulations is preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of conveying financial concepts to non-financial colleagues.
