Position: .NET L3 Production Support Engineer (Senior Consultant - System Management)

Job Overview:

This role entails overseeing global operations and providing support for Messaging and Collaboration automation solutions, which includes User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage application production operations, support, and configuration within the Microsoft Windows server ecosystem for over 5 years.
  • Provide support for enterprise application automation services, conduct in-house application integration testing, and oversee web application configuration and production deployment in the Microsoft .NET server environment.
  • Possess knowledge or experience with MS Exchange, Azure, O365, Active Directory, Outlook, Exchange Online, and Teams.
  • Work with MS SQL Server databases, security certificates, SFTP/Tectia, and MS IIS configuration.
  • Utilize Microsoft Powershell scripting for automation tasks.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in writing MS SQL queries.
  • Exhibit a solid understanding of production monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with strong analytical skills to prioritize, troubleshoot, and articulate issues.
  • Collaborate and coordinate globally across various work streams, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and teamwork.

Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

The displayed salary range represents the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations. Individual compensation is determined by work location, job level, and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the overall package, such as performance-based bonuses and sales incentives.
