We are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategist to lead our omnichannel marketing efforts and drive business growth at Verona Pharma. With a proven track record in digital marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that engage healthcare professionals and patients.

Role Overview

Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement omnichannel marketing strategies aligned with business goals, emphasizing personalized, compliant, and impactful campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Omnichannel Integration: Ensure seamless customer experiences by aligning strategies across digital, social media, web, and mobile channels to enhance the overall customer journey and brand presence.
  • Technology & Tools: Optimize the use of marketing platforms and tools to improve functionality and campaign performance, ensuring integration with other systems for a unified view of customer interactions.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive initiatives to enhance scalability, streamline processes, and foster continuous improvement for maximum marketing impact.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of digital marketing experience in healthcare, with 4+ years in a similar pharmaceutical or biotech omnichannel role.
  • Education: Undergraduate degree, MBA preferred.
  • Skillset: Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics, digital channels, web strategy, customer engagement journeys, media (paid, social, SEO/SEM) and technology platforms that enable them.
