We are seeking a highly skilled Home Appliance Delivery Specialist to join our team in West Lebanon, NH. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering, installing, repairing, and hauling away appliances, televisions, and other technology products to customers' homes.
Job OverviewThis is a part-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for managing inventory and vehicle maintenance, processing paperwork and payment, and providing training to new drivers. Additionally, you will lead and assist on two-person jobs and perform work alone when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver, install, repair, and haul away appliances, televisions, and other technology products to customers' homes.
- Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other team members.
- Process paperwork and payment, provide feedback to store teams, and complete in-store repairs.
- Provide training to new drivers and lead/assist on two-person jobs.
- 6 months of consumer electronics delivery, integration, network, or repair experience or military equivalent.
- Current, valid driver's license.
- Ability to carry, lift, push, and pull weight up to 350 pounds alone or up to 700 pounds as part of a team, with the use of a harness, lift, or dolly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Acquire and maintain any state or local licensing, as required, within 90 days of being hired.
- Leadership, decision-making, written and verbal communication, and client relations skills.
- Experience in an in-home installation environment.
- Experience using and learning about technology products.
$15-$20 per hour, depending on experience. Estimated annual salary: $30,000 - $40,000.
