Role Overview
About the Position:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your demeanor and professionalism set the atmosphere for their entire stay. You will assist guests with inquiries about their accommodations, local dining options, attractions, and additional requests such as extra towels or late checkouts. This role involves multitasking, including answering phone calls, managing check-ins and check-outs, fulfilling guest requests, and coordinating with our Maintenance and Housekeeping teams to ensure a seamless experience. It is essential to handle guest service challenges with confidence and empathy, taking responsibility for resolving issues and ensuring guest satisfaction with the resources and training provided.
About You:
A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends, is necessary, along with a strong commitment to reliability. You should be adept at managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining composure and approachability. A genuine passion for connecting with guests and team members is crucial. Your dedication to enhancing the overall experience for both guests and colleagues through proactive communication, innovation, and teamwork is vital. A valid driver's license and proof of insurability are required, with a driving record that meets our insurance guidelines.
