Job Summary

Sonder Health Plans, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Member Services Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, providers, and health plan staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Support: Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate and timely information about our health plans and services.
  • Provider Support: Assist providers with questions and concerns related to our health plans, including claims, prior authorizations, and eligibility.
  • Communication: Facilitate phone conversations with members and providers, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Documentation: Log all interactions in our CRM platform, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare environment, with a focus on customer service and member support.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
