Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Assistant/Executive Assistant to support our clinical team and executive staff at Metropolitan Health Group.

About the Role
  • Greet patients, take vitals, and record medical history and symptoms
  • Assist with medical procedures and treatments under the supervision of licensed medical staff
  • Communicate with patients about medication changes and prescription refills
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
  • Act as a liaison between patients and the clinical team
  • Provide administrative support to executive staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Manage and maintain confidential information with discretion

What We Offer
  • $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a medical assistant program preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a medical assistant or executive assistant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
