Nurse Opportunities at UHS

Texoma Medical Center, a 414-bed acute care facility, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a RN at UHS, you will have the opportunity to provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. You will also provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, demonstrating Service Excellence standards at all times.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
Current Texas nursing license or compact license.
One year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care ICU setting.
RQI BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
