Key Responsibilities:As a Packer, you will:
- Ensure Quality: Visually inspect products for compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain Efficiency: Meet daily production goals while keeping a safe and clean work environment.
- Package with Precision: Make-up and pack boxes accurately, ensuring products are not mixed.
- Assist and Collaborate: Help grind scrap materials and assist in training new team members.
- Adapt and Overcome: Tackle other duties as necessary to support the team.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift and carry products up to 50 lbs, with occasional lifts up to 75 lbs (mechanical assistance required for over 75 lbs).
- Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to understand safety protocols and packaging specifications.
