Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: West Hazleton, PA
Shifts: 2nd and 3rd Shift (Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts)
Optional Overtime Available

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator with experience in CNC machine operation, plasma cutting, and troubleshooting HMI systems. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with opportunities for overtime and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain CNC machines and plasma cutters to manufacture high-quality parts and components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure precision.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic to advanced issues with CNC machinery, plasma cutters, and HMI systems.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor machine operation, inspect finished parts, and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and adherence to production standards.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely production schedules and meet daily goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience operating CNC machines, plasma cutters, and troubleshooting HMI systems in an industrial manufacturing setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, and operating machinery in a heavy industrial environment.
  • Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting skills related to machine errors and HMI system issues.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to work with precision and focus on quality control in a fast-paced environment.
  • Shift Availability: Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift.

Shift Details:

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Monday through Friday with optional overtime available.
