Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in New Orleans, LA. As an integral part of our educational services, this role will support the delivery of high-quality speech therapy to students in a K-12 setting.
Compensation & BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of $33-$38 per hour, paid biweekly via direct deposit. In addition to a rewarding salary, full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including:

- A 401(k) retirement plan
This SLPA position requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in a school or pediatric environment. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching certifications and SLPA licenses for Louisiana. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Support speech therapists in delivering speech therapy services to students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Previous experience in school or pediatric environments (preferred)
- SLPA licenses and teaching certifications for Louisiana
- Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and colleagues
