Western Regional Sales Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Western Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Western US by managing distributor/showroom relationships as well as contractor relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the Western US
* Build and maintain strong relationships with rep agency connections
* Foster contractor and developer relationships
* Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them
* Provide market insights to product management and marketing teams to help shape product strategy

**Requirements**

* 5+ years of experience in lighting sales with a focus on the Multi Family (MFH) and Residential markets
* Existing connections with contractors/developers and distributors in the Western US
* Willing/able to travel regularly throughout the territory
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share in the Western region
* Strong understanding of this region's market and its customer needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

**What We Offer**

* Base Salary: $130K-$150K (DOE)
* Uncapped bonus structure: (Variable OTE: $180K+)
