About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at South Sound Radiology. As a key member of our imaging team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care services in a professional and compassionate manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Mammography technologist to properly perform Mammography exams to ACR standards
  • Ability to physically assist patients to obtain high-quality imaging
  • Assist radiologists with specialized procedures
  • Prepare sterile trays as applicable
  • Properly screen patient orders and prior imaging for any exam precautions
  • Assist in monitoring patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, health, and safety standards
  • Ability to de-escalate conflict situations as applicable and the ability to recognize when a situation is beyond individual training/expertise and requires assistance
  • Stay timely with all certification requirements
Requirements
  • National certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
  • Valid Washington State Radiologic Technologist license
  • Current certification in Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS
  • COVID-19 vaccination or a written request for an exemption
