Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our inpatient team at Beacon Behavioral Hospital. As a therapist on our team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive psychotherapy services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy to adults and geriatric patients
  • Develop and implement discharge plans and case management strategies for inpatient psychiatric patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements

  • Licensed therapist with a Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field
  • Current professional licensure and certification in Basic Life Support
  • Experience in providing psychotherapy services in a hospital setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
