Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our Inpatient team. As a key member of our team, you will provide psychotherapy and counseling services to adults and geriatric patients, ensuring their social service needs are met and they receive the support they need to achieve optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide family, group, and individual psychotherapy to adults and geriatric patients
  • Develop and implement discharge plans and case management strategies for inpatient psychiatric patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements

  • Licensed and/or certified to perform psychotherapy and/or counseling within the State of operation (LMSW, LCSW, LPC)
  • Current professional licensure and certification in Basic Life Support required
  • Certification in non-violent crisis intervention
