The Clinical Oncology Sales Associate will oversee the sales, service, and support of our comprehensive range of Oncology products. This role involves driving revenue growth and market expansion through direct engagement with healthcare providers and caregivers involved in oncology care. Key responsibilities include building and nurturing vital relationships, collaborating with internal teams to address pressing challenges, and implementing a strategic business plan aimed at increasing sales volume.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enhance sales volume by securing new accounts and expanding existing ones.
  • Develop expertise in all Oncology products and processes to optimize field performance.
  • Collaborate with assigned Clinical Oncology Specialists to maintain and support current clients.
  • Travel to support areas with temporary staffing gaps to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Evaluate the needs of medical professionals and staff with an emphasis on customer support and logistical coordination.
  • Foster positive client and patient relationships, serving as a model for peers.
  • Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive laboratory and financial data.
  • Adhere to all company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in compliance training and follow established procedures.
  • Complete various tasks within designated timeframes.
  • Maintain communication with Natera staff and clients to ensure service quality.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years in sales or clinical support roles, such as OCN or similar.
  • Preferred background in medical or biological sciences.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Award-winning sales performance recognized for individual achievements.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and results-driven with strong interpersonal and analytical capabilities.

  • Exhibit a sense of urgency in all tasks.
