Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Cook to join our culinary team at Unidine, a leading hospitality company in the nation. As a Senior Cook, you will play a critical role in preparing high-quality food that meets the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including entrees and side dishes, in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
  • Oversee the cooking activities of food service associates, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, and refrigerators, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Store and label food items according to company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized storage area.
  • Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of food products.
  • Assist the Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completing required documentation.
Requirements
  • Previous culinary experience, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, communicating effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
