Oral Health Specialist

Metro Dentalcare Woodbury seeks a skilled Oral Health Specialist to provide exceptional dental care in a supportive environment.
About the RoleThis position involves performing dental hygiene procedures, patient screenings, and collaborating with a team to ensure patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, exams, and patient education
- Conduct patient screenings, medical history documentation, and risk assessments
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure comprehensive patient care and address any concerns or issues
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet patients' oral health needs
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to enhance patient care and services offered
- Current dental hygienist license in MN and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
- Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
