Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of telecom tower equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise with telecom tower equipment.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Telecom Tower Technician.
  • Knowledge and Certifications: Knowledge of telecom tower equipment and technology, and certifications such as ComTrain or equivalent.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Benefits
  • Compensation: Starting base pay $19.00-$25.00 per hour, $2000 sign-on bonus, and potential for raises based on performance.
  • Per Diem: Paid per diem starting at $100/day.
  • Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, 401k with 25% company match, and 7 paid holidays.
Work Environment
  • Job Type: Permanent full-time position with overtime opportunities available.
  • Work Schedule: Some nights and weekends required.
