Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Program Director to join our team at ServiceNet. This role offers a competitive salary of $50,079-$52,139 and a range of benefits.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the residential program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing individualized plans for residents. They will also be expected to participate in team meetings, ISP Reviews, and Treatment Team reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to support resident engagement and participation in activities.
  • Oversee the management of resident funds and ensure that financial transactions are accurate and transparent.
  • Manage the start-up of new programs, including setting up facilities, hiring staff, and developing operational procedures.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide coverage when assigned staff is not available.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and supervisory/management experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience working with developmental disabilities/brain injury population.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
