Role Summary:

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in our store's success by overseeing daily operations and leading a team of skilled technicians. This position is ideal for individuals looking to step into a management role with opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise tire installation and wheel services
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability
  • Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 service technicians
  • Conduct tire maintenance services, including rotations and repairs
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries
  • Work a minimum of 35 hours per week during standard business hours
  • Engage in hands-on training and skill development

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
