Key Responsibilities
  • Embody Fabletics' culture and values, providing customers with expert knowledge on our products and services.
  • Engage customers through in-store events, promotions, and community projects, driving sales and customer loyalty.
  • Provide training and feedback to associates on customer experience standards and performance expectations.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve individual and team performance goals, communicating inventory and training needs.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines, ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience.
  • Participate in feedback loops to continuously improve the business, striving for excellence in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Serve as a resource for product knowledge, maintaining personal sales and achieving sales goals.
  • Maintain safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
Requirements
  • 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment, with prior retail management experience a plus.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
  • Excellent social interaction skills, ability to work with large teams, and a positive attitude.
  • High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity, taking initiative, and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator, and ability to bring out the best in others.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
