We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at The Historic Davenport Hotel. As a leader in our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, and maintaining a skilled and motivated workforce.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Oversee daily front desk operations, including customer service, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and data analysis to inform business decisions.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel front desk management/supervisory operations or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • A customer service-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Salary Range and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 per year.
