Residential Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Residential Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Resort Lifestyle Communities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent upkeep of our retirement community, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with Community Managers, residents, and vendors.
About the RoleThe Residential Facilities Maintenance Specialist will work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with flexibility to respond to community maintenance emergencies as needed. As part of our team, you can enjoy a delicious free meal during your shift and access to OnDemand Pay. You will also receive a $610 monthly stipend to apply towards various benefits, including Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Short Term and/or Long Term Disability, and more.
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with flexibility to respond to community emergencies

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the upkeep of the community facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance tasks
- Responding to maintenance requests from residents in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring the work of outside contractors meets the highest quality standards
- Conducting monthly inspections to ensure the safe upkeep of the building

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance in a hotel, apartment, or senior living facility
- A current driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
As a Residential Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary range of approximately $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on your location and experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including paid holidays and vacation time, a 401(k) plan with a generous employer match, and more.
