Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership support to designated units, ensuring high-quality patient care and services.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to plan and predict patient care needs, based on quality benchmarking, patient acuity, and staff education requirements.
- Lead initiatives to promote excellence in nursing research, education, and practice, aligning with our organization's mission and vision.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and clinical outcomes.
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current Florida Nursing License and ACLS, BLS for Healthcare Providers certification preferred.
- Professional certification from a national organization preferred.
- Minimum of two years professional nursing practice experience, with prior management experience preferred.
