Care Coordinator for Adult Homecare

At Home Hope and Healing, we are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality, individualized care to our clients in the York area.
Job Overview:- This role offers flexibility with block time shifts and various employment options including Per Diem, Part Time, or Full Time.
- Deliver personalized care tailored to clients' needs, working collaboratively with regional Nurse Managers for ongoing support and education.

The estimated salary range for this position is approximately $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on national averages and may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
