Job Title: Clinical Care Technician

We are seeking a highly dedicated Clinical Care Technician to join our team at Monmouth Medical Center.

About the Role:

The Clinical Care Technician will provide direct patient care, assisting patients with activities of daily living and providing nursing care, including phlebotomy and EKGs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care based on physical, educational, safety, and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients in assigned service
  • Provide for effective and safe patient outcomes through practice, judgment, and critical actions
  • Ongoing communication with patients and nursing colleagues regarding status of patient care
  • Participate in collaboration of patient's plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • BLS required (American Heart Association)
  • Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program preferred
  • Certified nursing assistant preferred
