We are seeking a highly dedicated Clinical Care Technician to join our team at Monmouth Medical Center.
About the Role:The Clinical Care Technician is a direct patient caregiver who assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care to patients including phlebotomy and EKGs.
Responsibilities:- Provide patient care based on physical, education, safety, and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients in assigned service
- Provide for effective and safe patient outcomes through practice, judgment, and critical actions
- Ongoing communication with patients and nursing colleagues regarding status of patient care
- Participating in collaboration of our patient's plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- BLS required (American Heart Association)
- Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program preferred
- Certified nursing assistant preferred
