Senior Anesthesia Leadership Position

NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a talented Regional Director to lead our teams in Louisville, KY. This is an exceptional opportunity to join the senior leadership team and be a key player in our growth strategy for the market.

The RoleThis leadership position offers an exclusive scope of responsibilities including leading a team of CRNAs and Chiefs, involvement in facility initiatives, working clinically, and being a thought leader for all NorthStar hospital systems in their respective market. The ideal candidate has well-rounded exposure in their anesthesia career and a proven track record as an engaging and supportive clinical leader.
Responsibilities- Coach, develop, and mentor Chief CRNAs and build leadership bench strength.
- Recruit top CRNA talent by ensuring clinical sites have great leadership and an attractive culture.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive challenges and opportunities at the site and regional level.
- Earnestly ensure CRNA clinical operations run efficiently with a focus on delivering outstanding patient outcomes.
- Serve as a key player in business development and start-up cycle.
A successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the business of anesthesia, organized, proactive, and able to function in a high-growth environment. Chief level or equivalent experience is required, along with being a CRNA in good standing with the NBCRNA and state Board of Nursing.
