Job OverviewShift Leaders supervise employees and oversee restaurant operations. The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service skills to meet customer needs. They should be self-motivated and assist managers with tasks to maintain facilities and ensure smooth operations. This person should be knowledgeable about store operations and our commitment to quality and customer service.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $15.00 - $20.50 per hour. Additional benefits include:

This role requires previous experience in restaurant operations or working knowledge. The ideal candidate will have incredible customer service skills to maintain a customer-focused culture, proficiency with calculators, computers, and equipment, and the ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels, including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives. A flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays, is required. A background check is also necessary.
