The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property.

  • Assist in the enforcement of hotel rules and regulations, as well as departmental policies and standards.
  • Respond to emergency calls and assist in the Fire Command center as needed.
  • Patrol the hotel property, identifying and correcting safety and security hazards.
  • Implement all security and safety policies and procedures.
  • Monitor security cameras and respond to security incidents.
  • Assist with investigations and complete incident reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image at all times.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1+ years of security experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergency situations.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
