Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage care for pre- and postoperative patients, including educational support for patients and their families.
  • Conduct evaluations of patients in the clinical setting.

  • Ensure adherence to physician orders for tests, examinations, and prescriptions. Verify completion of ordered tests and communicate results to the physician and patients.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing. A valid nursing license in the State of Illinois is required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel to various surgical centers as required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with facility staff, patients, and external vendors.
  • Capable of making informed decisions and taking prompt action regarding patient care.
  • Committed to professionalism, including punctuality and accountability for actions.
  • Uphold a high standard of integrity and trust in patient relationships.
