Job Description

Photon is seeking a highly skilled AEM Architect to provide architecture services for highly integrated and high performing AEM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and integrating solutions using AEM, translating complex functional, technical, and business requirements into architectural designs, and owning the solution blueprint.

Responsibilities will include participating in client meetings and interactions to explain the solution approach, providing oversight, planning, and technical guidance to ensure successful delivery of AEM-based projects, and working within technology teams to build and maintain large-scale and highly responsive E-commerce web applications.

The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert, identifying technology trends and platforms, and collaborating with other team members to make recommendations based on the company's needs.

Key skills and qualifications include experience in Content Management Systems, strong working knowledge of AEM/Adobe CQ/Digital Marketing Suite, experience in Adobe Managed Services to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), and expertise in AEM and associated technologies like Sling, OSGI, Felix, Jackrabbit, JCR, and CRX.

Additionally, the candidate should have experience in conceptualizing, designing, building, and deploying Enterprise Content Management solutions, experience in Data platform and Cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.), and strong experience with building scripts, CI-CD, and GIT, Jenkins or similar.

Professional and consultative mindset with a commitment to excellent customer service, ability to come up with creative solutions for ambiguous problems, and expertise in performance tuning and optimizing bottleneck problem analysis are also essential.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Digital Experience Platforms, provide thought leadership to our clients and internal teams on best leveraging the Adobe suite products, and have a deep knowledge of modern web frameworks, web architecture best practices, and patterns.
