Position Overview:
As a New Home Consultant Trainee, you will gain essential knowledge and skills through a Mentor/Mentee relationship with an experienced New Home Consultant. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the daily operations of a Welcome Home Center.

This role involves engaging with customers, processing sales agreements, and successfully closing new home sales, all aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
· Successfully complete a structured training program
· Learn to document all sales traffic in our CRM system
· Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, including Realtor Events and self-generated appointments
· Conduct Comparative Market Studies as per division standards
· Participate in field training with Construction, Customer Care, and designated Office Associates

Qualifications:
· High School diploma or GED required
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
· Current auto insurance coverage
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Interactions:
Daily engagement with various division personnel, external agencies, business partners, consultants, and homeowners. Regular communication with the public, requiring resourcefulness, patience, clarity, and tact.

Physical Requirements:
This role may involve some office tasks that require occasional bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and carrying materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Finger dexterity is necessary for operating a computer keyboard and calculator. Ability to drive a vehicle is essential.
