Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Documentation Specialist to join our team at Manpower Group Inc. in a critical role for a Medical device organization in the Lake Forest, IL area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team in modifying and creating procedures related to our new Warehouse Management System, Manhattan.
  • Meet with Subject Matter Experts in the Distribution Centers to assess document changes and identify the need for new documents.
  • Draft documents based on the Subject Matter Experts' guidance and present these changes to the team for review.
  • Collaborate closely with our change management team to prepare the documents for the approval process and resolve any concerns raised by the approvers.
  • Initiate communications to obtain information and actively problem-solve.
  • Work closely with English speaking personnel at our Germany facility via Teams and video chat.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in writing clear, logical, succinct, and accurate documentation with the audience in mind.
  • Manhattan Warehouse Management experience.
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Organization skills.
