We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at A3 Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Network Installation and Configuration: Install and configure Cisco switches, routers, and other network devices to ensure seamless connectivity and optimal network performance.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, VLAN problems, and other network-related issues using Nagios and other tools.
- Network Management: Monitor and manage network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls, to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Inventory and Documentation: Maintain accurate inventory of network hardware and create detailed network diagrams to ensure easy identification of network topology.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and management, to ensure seamless network operations and effective communication.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience with Cisco switches, routers, and other network devices, as well as experience with Nagios and other network management tools.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
