As a Market Access Strategist, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive access strategies that drive patient access, optimize pricing, and inform commercial decisions.

About the Role

This key position reports directly to the VP, Market Access EMEA (ImmunoGen) and is responsible for designing and implementing Integrated Access Strategies (IAS) that cater to global payer needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of market access plans.

Main Responsibilities

  • Pricing and Reimbursement Strategy: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of global payer landscapes, including EU5, CAN, AUS, and BRA markets, to inform pricing and reimbursement strategies.
  • Integrated Access Strategies (IAS): Design and implement IAS that address PRA potential across international key markets, ensuring optimal price, reimbursement, and patient access.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with area and affiliate personnel, as well as internal stakeholders, to facilitate effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Project Management: Oversee project management aspects, including purchasing support, opening of POs, and documentation, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 7+ years of direct biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry experience and/or payer experience.
  • Strong interest in clinical and health economic data.
  • Proven track record of successful interactions with all levels of area, affiliate, and internal authority.
  • Leadership skills to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure strategic direction is aligned with market and corporate goals.
  • Cultural sensitivity to navigate diverse markets and interact with various groups.
