About the Role

C & G Energy Services is a leading electrical service company based in Midland, TX, providing a range of services to the oilfield and energy sectors. We are seeking an experienced General Foreman to join our team and lead our utility distribution line crews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise multiple utility distribution line crews providing services including new pole line construction, reconductoring, equipment installation and maintenance, and storm restoration.
  • Plan tasks and schedule crews for the safe, timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Maintain equipment and tools, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve crew productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years experience as a Crew Foreman required, with previous General Foreman experience preferred.
  • Previous experience managing crews providing service to the electric utilities industry.
  • Familiarity with unit billing.
  • Valid Drivers License required, CDL preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Electrical Standards and specifications.
