We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to join our team and support our growth.

This role will involve running small teams on commercial projects, working closely with general contractors and clients, and ensuring all work meets current electrical code requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a MA Electricians license, experience in team management, and excellent communication skills.

They will also be familiar with reading and understanding blueprints and electrical plans, and have a strong work ethic with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading small teams on commercial projects
  • Coordinating with general contractors and clients
  • Ensuring compliance with electrical codes and regulations

In return for their expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, 401k with 2% matching, paid holidays, vacation time, and sick time.

Other perks include potential usage of a company van and gas card, as well as opportunities to grow and develop within the company.
