Job DescriptionJob Description

Summary: Seeking a Jr. Quality Operations Analyst with 3+ years of material planning experience in a manufacturing environment to support various quality and operational activities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience with material planning in a manufacturing environment

  • HS Diploma (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred)

  • Excellent computer skills in a Windows environment; MRP/ERP systems, MS Office

Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft Excel Power-BI skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support manufacturing, engineering, procurement, finance/accounting & quality group activities and initiatives

  • Maintain, review, and report key quality metrics (e.g., returned materials authorization, nonconformance materials)

  • Monitor the company's quality ISO auditing program

  • Assist with compliance requests such as FAI, REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals

  • Support safety inspections and audits

  • Assist Department Manager in planning and coordinating business operations

  • Interpret Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

  • Delegate and communicate information as directed by Department Manager

  • Design and implement processes using lean manufacturing principles

  • Assist associate ISO 9001 auditors

  • Support company training program

  • Oversee top customer(s) Corrective Action Program

Physical Requirements:

  • Sit, talk, hear; use hands to type, handle or feel; stand, walk and reach with hands and arms; occasionally lift/move up to 20 lbs; specific vision requirements include close vision, color vision.

Required PPE:

  • As stipulated by posting in designated area

Identifiable Job Hazards:

  • Work with or around compressed gases, Acetone, IPA; occasional high noise levels



Pay Details: $27.00 to $33.00 per hour
