    • Organize and lead maintenance staff meetings and special events
    • Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment
    • Direct the maintenance operations of the property
    • Make daily inspections of the community
    • Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program
  • Financial Management
    • Participate in developing the annual budget and capital projects
    • Order necessary supplies and parts within budget constraints
    • Evaluate and implement cost-cutting strategies
    • Assist with bid process for capital projects and contract management
  • Personnel Management
    • Manage maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and development
    • Assign tasks, supervise, and evaluate staff performance
  • Customer Service
    • Understand and exceed resident expectations
    • Develop a sense of community among residents and staff
    • Maintain active and effective communication with residents and parents
    • Follow up on completed maintenance requests to ensure resident satisfaction
  • Risk Control
    • Understand, communicate, and enforce community safety policies and procedures
    • Document and address resident behaviors that violate community policies
    • Identify and address safety and security risks
    • Prepare and submit incident reports
    Requirements
    • Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles
    • Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
    • Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus
    Compensation

The pay for this position is $31.00 per hour, depending on market factors and geographical location.
