We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team at Michels Corporation, a global leader in trenchless infrastructure construction. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality trenchless design and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement trenchless design solutions for complex infrastructure projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery meets client expectations
  • Prepare and review technical documents, including calculations and drawings
  • Lead or assist in the preparation of proposals and cost estimates
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in trenchless construction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in civil engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited program
  • 5+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ years in trenchless design
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to readily attain PE licensure
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
  • Solid understanding of civil design and drawings
  • Strong ability for critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Ability to accommodate occasional travel for meetings and site visits
