Senior Civil Engineer Site Designer Opportunity

Harrison Consulting Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer Site Designer to lead complex projects and elevate the team's technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals. Proficiency in Civil 3D and experience leading complex projects are also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level technical engineering design as needed
  • Serve as lead engineer on complex projects
  • Elevate the team's technical expertise by mentoring/training the team
  • Put together technical resources for the team and its projects
  • Supervise staff (professionals and technical staff)
  • Review contract with administration support
  • Maintain quality control and check plans adequately

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 6+ years of related experience in Civil Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience supervising technical personnel
  • PE License
  • Proficient in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals
  • Experience using Civil 3D
  • Experience leading complex projects
