Job Description

SonSoft is a leading IT Staffing and consulting firm, headquartered in the Commonwealth of Georgia. We are a rapidly growing organization, specializing in Software Development, Software Consultancy, and Information Technology Enabled Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • 15+ years of IT experience, with a strong focus on Sitecore Platform.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Sitecore Platform, with a proven track record of architecting end-to-end solutions.
  • 10+ years of overall Content Management System experience, with a deep understanding of Sitecore solutions.
  • Lead technical teams in Sitecore, publishing technical papers and contributing to forums.
  • Understand client needs, anticipate needs/situations, and design solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Good understanding of Sitecore platform (CMS and DMS) and the ability to identify and evaluate requirements.
  • Experience in Sitecore 7 and onwards with MVC, Sitecore Administration, and IIS.
  • Good experience in Sitecore architecture creation, utilizing a deep understanding of Sitecore solutions to make appropriate decisions.
  • Experience in Sitecore API Customization, Workflow, and Migration.
  • Integration with third-party systems like SharePoint and Legacy Systems with Sitecore using Web services (SOAP/REST).
  • Good knowledge of Sitecore Email Campaign Module.
  • Knowledge of Deployment/Backup plans in Sitecore.
  • Good to have knowledge of HTML 5, CSS 3, JQuery, and Responsive Design.
  • Ability to create functional and non-functional requirements and propose solutions that will meet the requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to work both collaboratively and independently with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly developed organizational and problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
