Engineering Manager - Embedded Hardware

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Embedded Hardware team at Oho Group Ltd. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for driving the development of high-speed human-computer interfaces that amplify our potential through all-day real-time AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete embedded hardware development process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution of priorities.
  • Establish processes and frameworks to ensure efficient execution of priorities, including PCB development, RF hardware, interconnects, reliability, and hardware-software co-design.
  • Lead and coordinate technical decisions in areas like PCB development, RF hardware, interconnects, reliability, and hardware-software co-design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with over 5 years of experience in embedded systems design.
  • 3+ years of experience leading a team.
  • Skilled in collaborating with software teams to define and implement firmware, drivers, and algorithms.
  • Extensive experience in embedded device development and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
