Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire hardware development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hardware Leadership: Oversee the entire hardware development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring optimal performance.
  • System-Level Design: Design, simulate, prototype, debug, and test embedded systems encompassing electronics, mechanics, optics, and software.
  • Circuit & Board Design: Build schematics, complete board layouts, and integrate designs into opto-electro-mechanical systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with industrial design, architecture, product design, NPI, research, and supply chain teams.
  • Component & Vendor Management: Specify components and adapt vendor reference designs into custom solutions.
  • Software Integration: Partner with software teams to define and implement firmware, drivers, and algorithms.

Requirements:

  • PhD or MSEE with 5+ years of experience OR BSEE with 7+ years of experience in hardware product design.
  • 5+ years of experience with system-level design, including circuit design, system bring-up, integration, and debug.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leadership: Strong collaborator and communicator with experience managing cross-team and cross-geography collaboration.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with embedded devices, cameras, optical systems, and Android/Linux systems.
