Job Summary

The Housekeeping Attendant is a key member of our housekeeping team, responsible for maintaining and cleaning guest room floors to the highest standards. This role requires a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain assigned areas according to established hotel standards and procedures.
  • Deliver clean linen and collect dirty linen from assigned areas.
  • Prepare and deliver roll-a-way beds.
  • Receive and store housekeeping supply inventory.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen rooms and storage closets.
  • Respond to and fulfill guest requests.
  • Provide support and assistance to Room Attendants.
  • Notify supervisor on any damages, defects, needed maintenance repairs and disturbances.
  • Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
  • Handle all lost and found items according to established procedures.
  • Display professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Adhere to all housekeeping procedures and company policies.
  • Attend departmental pre-shift and mandatory meetings.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
Requirements
  • Attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prioritization and time management skills.
