Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee, assess, and mentor field project team members.
  • Strategically plan, organize, and direct the execution of the contracted scope of work.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and various trades.
  • Coordinate project production and participate in meetings with other trades and the general contractor to identify and resolve conflicts while ensuring superior customer service.
  • Guarantee that all installations comply with quality and mechanical code standards.
  • Manage the material and personnel needs essential to adhere to project schedules.
  • Uphold Power Design's standards of quality, safety, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
  • A seasoned field supervisor with a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing teams and overseeing multimillion-dollar construction projects.
  • An active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of the National Building Code, local regulations, and construction safety protocols.
  • Basic computer and writing skills are necessary.
  • Exemplify and uphold all of Power Design's core values, which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth.
