  • Performing routine preventative maintenance to prevent system failures and extend equipment lifespan
  • Responding to work order requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Keeping detailed logs and records of maintenance functions to ensure compliance and quality control
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organized service truck to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Experience with installation and service of HVAC Split Systems, Ductless Mini Split Systems, and ductwork is required
  • Troubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment to make diagnoses and necessary repairs
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 Years Experience with Residential and Commercial HVAC Service or Installation
  • Commercial Refrigeration experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor daily in various weather conditions
  • Must have a clean and valid Driver's License and own tools
