HVAC Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Foreman to join our team at Power Design. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our new projects. Your expertise in mechanical work will be instrumental in maintaining high levels of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Work closely with project Superintendents and other trades to oversee assigned scopes, including material and manpower management.
• Accountable for enforcing and promoting high-quality and safety standards.
• Utilize technology, such as company-provided iPads and smartphones, to ensure timely completion and exceed customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on designated scopes.

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Progressive Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing leaders who love using technology and want a clear career path.
• Skilled field supervisor with at least five years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion-dollar projects.
• Active journeyman or master license preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of IECC, ICC, and ASHRAE Standards; local codes; and construction safety requirements.
• Familiarity with project management and construction technology applications such as Bluebeam, ProCore, BIM 360, CrewConnect, FieldWire, and/or Open Space preferred.
